Monday – July 30, 2007
We got into Córdoba around 8:00 am this morning. I came back to the house and slept for a while before lunch. We had polenta, which is like yellow grits, and meat for lunch. Yummy! After lunch I went to Language and Culture class. We talked about fútbol (soccer) as a cultural phenomenon. It was really interesting, actually.
After class, we had Tango. It was really fun today! We put everything together, more or less. I’m about to eat dinner, take a shower, and get some sleep. Allyson and I have to prepare our oral presentation tomorrow for our exam on Wednesday, and we have class starting at 11:00 am. Bleh.
