Allyson and I practicing the tango... again

We had to be at school at 11:00 am this morning for a movie about the political history of Argentina. It sounds boring, but it was actually really interesting. It’s incredible to me how a country with such rich natural resources could be exploited to the point that it has nothing left.

After the movie, we had Language and Culture class. It was okay I guess. I really don’t feel well today, probably because I drank that tap water this weekend, but I’m having one of those “I don’t feel good and I want to go home!” kind of days.

But I did perk up a little afterward. A group of us have decided to go to Mendoza this coming weekend, so we had a brief meeting about that. Christina is going to the bus station tomorrow to buy bus tickets, and we have reservations at a youth hostel in Mendoza, so we’re good on lodging. There’s a small group that wants to ski, but most of us either don’t have the money or aren’t interested, so we’re going to do some sightseeing. I’m excited! After that, we had tango class, which meant we were at school until 8:00 pm. Now loads of homework, dinner, and bedtime.
